Running on CPU Upgrade

Hello, I've submitted model: aiplanet/effi-13b to the leaderboard. It doesn't appear on the leaderboard or under the finished jobs. Based on one of the previous community discussion, I was able to get to this url - https://huggingface.co/datasets/open-llm-leaderboard/requests/tree/main/aiplanet

The job seems to have failed and following is the url: https://huggingface.co/datasets/open-llm-leaderboard/requests/blob/main/aiplanet/effi-13b_eval_request_False_bfloat16_Original.json

Also, the model doesn't seem to appear on the failed list here: https://huggingface.co/datasets/open-llm-leaderboard/requests

Could you suggest how do I debug or what is the issue failure (is it an internal hardware issue or something else)? Many thanks
