I'm reaching out to request assistance regarding the 2D to 3D image transformation service available on your platform. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where the service fails to initialize properly and does not complete the transformation process.
I’ve attempted to use the tool multiple times, including refreshing the page and restarting the session, but the problem persists. The interface remains stuck on the loading screen, and no output is generated.
Could you please look into this issue or advise on any troubleshooting steps I might have missed? I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this as soon as possible.

Seems to be the same for everyone, it has been reported on Reddit and other places.
Does the pay page work?
Any other apps like this that work as good or better?
None that I've tested come close unfortunately.
By the way, "https://3dserver.hitem3d.ai/" is currently unavailable, so nothing will change and there is no need to repair the space.

it seems they close the free space!
They hooked up a lot of people with their superior tech and they are probably moving to a paid model now, seems fair. Worst case scenario it's been bought by Adobe.
I want to know if they have a paid version of this.
I'd pay for it
It seems that this website : https://hitem3d.ai/ uses the same model. I've done a test with the free tokens and the quality is on par with Sparc3D. I think I'll get a subscription too, it is far better than any other current image to model portal.
