Despite completing the test three times, I am unable to generate a certificate of completion for the first part of the Hugging Face Agents course. When I try to generate the certificate, I get the message:
"An error occurred while checking your certification status. Please try again later or contact support if the problem persists."
Try to submit on: https://agents-course-unit-1-quiz.hf.space/ and direct on the course webpage: https://huggingface.co/learn/agents-course/unit1/final-quiz

Please advise how to resolve this issue.

I'm also getting error while downloading the certificate.

Hi,

I get "There was an error checking your certification status. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists." When trying directly under agents-course/unit1-certification-app and via the course page.

Error Log: Error in get_user_results: Couldn't find any data file at /home/user/app/agents-course/unit_1_quiz_student_responses.

I successfully reiterated the Quiz (Final + 2 optional) today but error persist.
