Profile picture on the certificate is covering my name

As a student, I need to be able to remove my profile picture from the certificate so that my (long) name can be fully readable.
Details and Assumptions
After I have deleted my profile picture in the profile settings, I have tried to recreate the certificate, but the profile picture still appears on the certificate and covers my name.
