Hi @hgoeau

I'm encountering an issue while trying to make a submission. Here's the error message:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'I', "Internal S"... is not valid JSON

Based on this GitHub discussion, it seems the issue might be related to an older version of FastAPI. Upgrading to fastapi==0.112.2 might resolve the error.

However, since I don’t own this space, I’m not able to apply the fix myself. Is there any way to address this issue?
