PTP Version 2 Model Library
This is a library of Ligand based on Probabilistic Target Profiles. The v2 library is extended to more target profiles.
Usage
Use model with CPSign. For example, to predict the target profile of a molecule, use the following command:
cpsign predict -m model.ptp -i molecule.sdf -o output.csv
