Dropout?

If I look at the openai-gpt-2 source code here (https://github.com/openai/gpt-2/blob/master/src/model.py) I dont see any reference to dropout, but it is present here. What am I missing?
Nevermind, found that its not present in the openai repo because it doesnt include the training code, only predict.
