Is `mean_std.pt` missing?

Thank you for releasing a great platform for physical AI development.
I'm currently trying to run Cosmos-1.0-Diffusion-7B-Video2World model, and find that a file named mean_std.pt must be under this huggingface repo, which is apparently missing right now.
