Static camera?

Is there a way to force static camera in the final composition?

No matter how much I emphasize in the promp that the camera should be still and the whole shot is static, I still get camera movement no matter what.
Also, I haven't seen any other results that show static shots from Cosmos yet.

Is that something that it isn't capable of yet?
