This PR improves the model card, by linking it to the paper CodeI/O: Condensing Reasoning Patterns via Code Input-Output Prediction.

It also adds a relevant pipeline tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-generation&sort=trending.
It also adds the correct library_name, so that the "how to use" button is displayed. Finally, it also adds a link to the project page.
