Note that there was a sneaky bug that was discovered and fixed by @TimeRobber (see: https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/pull/17785). This forced us to update the checkpoints: https://huggingface.co/facebook/opt-1.3b/commit/e8c4fe5a29639d6d8d2859072b537164398f0c21
