flux1-schnell-nf4-v2 is quantization of FLUX.1 [schnell], which was released under Apache License 2.0 license.
Unless I'm missing something crucial, flux1-schnell-nf4-v2 being released under FluxDev Non-Commercial License Agreement (FLUX.1 [dev] license) was non intended mistake and it should have been Apache License 2.0 from the get go.
