Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata, improving discoverability and clarity. The pipeline_tag is set to text-to-image to accurately reflect the model's functionality. The library_name is set to diffusers based on the model architecture and dependencies. Content from the Github README was added to the model card to provide users with better usage instructions.
