I added support for Microsoft Phi 4 (14B) to the collection. Download the Brads-LLMs .zip file for your platform. There is a Start-Microsoft-Phi-14B-Instruct-v4 script that will download the model and run it.

My initial test with Phi 4 are not wonderful. Actually, they're just bad. I include a big collection so you can choose what works best for whatever you're doing.
