Dear Bioptimus Team,
Thank you for providing an open-access version of H-Optimus-0.
I was wondering how the normalization parameters mean=(0.707223, 0.578729, 0.703617), std=(0.211883, 0.230117, 0.177517) were derived, could you clarify this?
Were they computed on pathology data?

Hi Lydia,
This is correct, the mean and std statistics were derived from a subset of the histology patches dataset used to train H-optimus-0.
