Updated Readme.md file with Clarifai hosted OpenHermes-2-mistral-7B model

The OpenHermes-2-mistral-7B model is hosted on the Clarifai cloud using 4-bit GPTQ checkpoints from this repository, allowing easy access through Clarifai API. Users can use the Clarifai Python SDK to easily interact with the OpenHermes-2-mistral-7B model. Additionally, model inference is possible with other Clarifai Client Libraries like Java, cURL, NodeJS, PHP, and more.
