Sadly, at this point, I too tire of redownloading the TE and VAE. The unet is 15gb only I think. But then it will not be "AIO"

If you just want the model you can easily extract and save it with the nodes "Load Checkpoint" and "SaveModel" in ComfyUI.
You still load it with "Load Checkpoint" in your normal workflow.

i2v has gguf version with only unet but q4_k_m quant - https://civitai.com/models/1855105/rapid-wan-22-i2v-gguf

Yes but GGUF is slow and doesn't work with multi-gpu wan. I'd go d/l a fp16 or bf16 but those versions are out of date.
