How uncensored it's really are?

I am a complete novice in the field of uncensored LLMs. How uncensored is this thing, really? I’m not looking to do anything extra wild, let’s say, but I’d like absolute freedom when it comes to questions about sex, politics and social movements. Not all at once! I want this thing to have a certain degree of freedom in developing practical solutions.
