Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. The pipeline_tag is set to image-text-to-text to accurately reflect the model's functionality as described in the paper and the README. The library_name is set to transformers because the model is compatible with the Transformers library.
