* Know your limits;
* Have ability to handle the astral form so as to not hurt yourself or allies in groups;
* Have ability to sense between allies and enemies in groups, and keep track of them;
* Have ability to sense damage dished and received;
* Have ability to attack and defend yourself;
* Have ability to return to your space/body, and return everything properly;
* Know when to retreat/stop/leave the battle (if too damaged);
* Have ability to listen and acknowledge systems/scanning;
* Avoid frontloading and ego-talk.
* Pre-scanning and post-scanning is highly recommended.
* Have a timer and a countdown ready.
(5 min. is a little, 15 min. is a lot.)
* If something is off, speak up.
* Review/assess damages received and dealt.
* Never go "All Out."
* Avoid using permanently-damaging attacks.
* Exchange healing.
