Update README.md

This is a Stable Diffusion 1.5 model that aims to generate realistic omorashi and ABDL images, it does not make better dry diapers than diaper AI, but it does make decent wet and messy ones, leaky, bedwetting scenes, and more importantly it does pee streams and wet spots on clothes. It definitely has a leg up on diaper AI at composition too in my opinion. Compositionally it is far better at poses and not just making a closeup of a diaper.
