This CycleReviewer-ML-Llama3.1 License Agreement ("Agreement") is based on the Llama 3.1 Community License Agreement and includes additional terms specific to the CycleReviewer-ML-Llama3.1-8B model and CycleReviewer-ML-Llama3.1-70B model ("the Model"). |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
"Licensee" or "you" means you, or your employer or any other person or entity (if you are entering into this Agreement on such person or entity's behalf). |
|
|
|
"CycleReviewer Materials" means, collectively, the proprietary CycleReviewer-ML-Llama3.1 model, related documentation, and any portion thereof made available under this Agreement. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
a. Grant of Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and royalty-free limited license to use, reproduce, distribute, copy, create derivative works of, and make modifications to the CycleReviewer Materials. |
|
|
|
b. Redistribution and Use: |
|
|
|
i. If you distribute or make the CycleReviewer Materials (or any derivative works thereof) available, you must (A) provide a copy of this Agreement; and (B) prominently display "Built with CycleReviewer-ML" on any related website, user interface, blogpost, about page, or documentation. |
|
|
|
ii. You must retain in all copies of the CycleReviewer Materials that you distribute the following attribution notice: "CycleReviewer-ML-Pro-123B is based on Llama 3.1, which is licensed under the Llama 3.1 Community License, Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. All Rights Reserved." |
|
|
|
iii. Your use of the CycleReviewer Materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations and adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy for the Llama Materials. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
a. You may not use the Model for any commercial purposes without explicit permission. |
|
|
|
b. You may not use the Model for official peer reviews or formal academic evaluations. |
|
|
|
c. You may not misrepresent outputs from the Model as human-generated reviews. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
For any research paper or academic work that used the Model for assistance, you must include the following statement in an "AI Assistance Declaration" section: |
|
|
|
"This work was assisted by the CycleReviewer-ML model, which is based on Llama 3.1. The model was used for [specific purposes, e.g., 'preliminary review', 'feedback on draft versions', etc.]. All final content and conclusions are the responsibility of the human authors." |
|
|
|
All publications, presentations, or projects that use the model must include the following citation: |

If, on the Llama 3.1 version release date, the monthly active users of the products or services made available by or for Licensee, or Licensee's affiliates, is greater than 700 million monthly active users in the preceding calendar month, you must request a license from Meta, which Meta may grant to you in its sole discretion. |

|
|
|
|
THE CYCLEREVIEWER MATERIALS AND ANY OUTPUT AND RESULTS THEREFROM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
IN NO EVENT WILL THE CREATORS OR DISTRIBUTORS OF THE CYCLEREVIEWER MATERIALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. |

|
|
|
No trademark licenses are granted under this Agreement, except as explicitly stated. All goodwill arising out of the use of the "CycleReviewer" mark will inure to the benefit of the creators of CycleReviewer-ML. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This Agreement will commence upon your acceptance and will continue until terminated. The Agreement may be terminated if you breach any term or condition. Upon termination, you shall delete and cease use of the CycleReviewer Materials. |
|
|
|
|
|
a. This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. |
|
b. The People's Courts in Hangzhou City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this Agreement. |
|
|
|
By using the CycleReviewer-ML model, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. |
