| By using, downloading, or otherwise accessing AgGPT-9 and any associated software ("Software"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. | |
| 1. LICENSE GRANT | |
| The software is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software on your personal devices. | |
| 2. RESTRICTIONS | |
| You may not: | |
| a. Share, distribute, sublicense, or make the Software available to any third party. | |
| b. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software. | |
| c. Use the Software for any commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution. | |
| d. Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. | |
| 3. ATTRIBUTION | |
| Any use of the Software must include attribution to "AG" as the creator and licensor of the Software. This attribution should appear in a manner that is reasonable, consistent, and clear. | |
| 4. TERMINATION | |
| This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies you have made. | |
| 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY | |
| The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AG makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Software. | |
| 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY | |
| In no event shall AG be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost data, or other incidental or consequential damages. | |
| 7. GOVERNING LAW | |
| This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AG is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. | |
| 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT | |
| This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AG regarding the Software. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AG. | |
| By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. | |
